Workplace Productivity Dynamics (WPD) is an office productivity training program poised to enhance competence, skills and general productivity levels of employees in an organization.
Efficiency at the workplace is not about hard work, but a function of working smart, using the relevant skills and competencies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
The acceptable standard of competence and skills are often not inherent but can be acquired through learning.
Competence and skills acquisition will enable best practices at the workplace, as obtained in developed countries to meet International Standards of productivity and efficiency.
